Training Specialist

The Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB) program is an employee education program that trains staff to identify potentially disruptive situations, recognize the signs that a disruptive situation could escalate into a violent situation, intervene appropriately to reduce risk of injuries to self and others, and contain patients who become violent. This position is located in the Education Services at Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN.
