An employee referral is the best way to land a job at a tech company but I find that most people do it the wrong way. Here's one tip to help you on your journey.

I've found over the past few years that blinding applying for jobs will rarely yield results when hunting for a job. The only 2 things that seem to work are 1) employee referrals, and 2) networking to get employee referrals.
