Questions to Ask at the End of an Interview
September 23, 2026 · 1 min de lecture
Good closing questions signal genuine interest and help you evaluate the job too.
"Do you have any questions for us?" is a real opportunity, not a formality.
Ask about success in the role
"What does success look like in this role after six months?" shows you are thinking ahead.
Ask about the team
Questions about team structure or how work gets prioritized reveal a lot about day-to-day life in the job.
Avoid asking about pay and vacation first
Save compensation questions for later in the process unless the interviewer raises them first.
